| As the youngest and most promising of a very cultural family, Naminé was raised in an aristocratic environment. Soft-spoken, kind, shy, calm and usually quiet, nobody knows just exactly what she's thinking. But when she feels that there's an opinion she needs to voice out, she manages to gather enough will power to do so. Although she might be a bit frail and weak looking at first, she has a strong heart, and is compassionate to everyone. Her personality is a great contrast to her two rowdy brothers, and perhaps her talent as well. Unlike her brothers who have inherited their mother's musical ability with instruments, she showed a promising skill in the visual arts, and her family encouraged and helped her nurture her gift. Her sketches became her voice, discovering that she expressed herself better with a paper and pen. Not one who wants to be in the spotlight, she prefers simplicity to more than anything, and would usually prefer to retreat in the shadows than all the attention focused on her. Living in a secluded mansion in Winhill, she grew up with almost no friends at all, save for the few kids of some family friends that were her age. Yet, when she makes friends, she puts her whole trust and loyalty towards them, since they are so rare. It depends on who she's with, her family or her peers, but she shows a slightly different side to both. In her family, she needs to show (especially to her mother) that she's a young lady who can carry herself with grace. With her friends, she becomes herself, slowly opening up and coming out from her safety zone. |

| Naminé is the youngest and only daughter of the great Lusanct family; a rich family compromised of artists and musicians that ran the art industry in Twilight City. Her mother was a great piano player during her youth, and her father, who passed away when she was 10, was a sculptor. She has two older brothers, the eldest already married and living somewhere in Powhatan, while the other is a bachelor at Rabanastre Apartment Complex. She was home tutored, and thus, she hardly had any friends, save for a few kids of her own age from family friends. At the age of seven, she showed a promising skill in visual arts, a skill that her mother greatly praised her for and encouraged her to pursue. Her room could double as an art gallery, with various works of arts framed in every section of each wall. Until the age of 13, she was still home tutored. Her second brother, a rebel by nature, convinced her to go explore the city during a time when their mother was out on a whole day company meeting. Ever since that, she longed for the world outside the mansion. After 2 more years of not voicing her desires, she finally had the courage to ask her mother to attend a normal school, desperate for a change and for a normal life. Although her mother disapproved at first, eventually (and with the help of her brothers) she was given a chance. One chance. If she gives up, she wouldn't be given another. At age 16, Naminé finally moved out and was allowed to live in with her second brother at a two bedroom apartment at Rabanastre Apartment Complex, who was a college senior that time. She learned to be a bit independent, though it was a rough start. Currently, she attends Balamb University as a freshman, finally leaving the safety of her brother's company and venturing out alone. Settling for a job that allows her to work at the city's local art house, she has a part time job as a barista at the Tiki Room alongside her childhood friend, Rinoa Heartilly. She's majoring in Art, deciding to do at least something she loved and she's good at. But what she's yearning for is a social life, to meet friends own her own. And to prove to her mother that, yes, she can stand on her own. |
